While in college, Mat Kearney picked up his friend Kyle’s guitar, learned 3 chords, and then combined his love for writing to create a unique style that is melody-driven but further captivates you by spoken word lyrics. 

After a summer road trip to Music City, Mat decided to leave his formal education behind and chase this crazy dream.
